Change region in TikTok You from the mod settings. The project says you can load another country's feed, trends, and sounds without a second app.
Where the control lives
The project places region switching in the mod settings. 5.0 redesigned that screen, so use the settings in the build you installed. An older menu path may not match.
The region's own screen has a search field, a selected country at the top, and an alphabetical list under it. You pick a country there. The screen on this site shows that list. It does not show every label translated into English.
What the switch does
You choose a region, and the client loads that region's feed, trends, and sounds. The project says this runs inside TikTok You and does not need an extra app, a VPN client, or a second account.
This page does not claim a test of every country in the list. If a country fails to load, the project's notes do not publish a separate error code for that case.
What the notes say about turning it off
An earlier release note says region switching can no longer be turned off. Notes for the builds on the download page do not reverse that line. If you need the stock region behavior, this control is the wrong client.
Hiding rules are separate. The current notes say those rules are tied to the client version, so a rule from an older client can stop working after you update. That limit is about the interface editor, not about the country list.

Feed filters, hide switches, and save quality are on a different screen. Those controls are in TikTok You feed settings. Colors and fonts are an appearance screen, not part of the country list.
